Jeff Desmarais is an industry recognized Financial Advisor with 18 years of experience in the financial industry. He has helped people plan for retirement, protect their financial assets and their families financially, help clients with investment strategies, and worked with retirees to help with securing current and future income. He has worked with school districts and municipalities as well as private companies with Group Retirement plans, and individual clients on their financial needs.

Jeff has been twice awarded by New York Life as an Executive Council Level advisor, twice by Prudential as a Master’s Council Agent, has qualified for MDRT on several occasions, among other awards and recognitions. He currently holds FINRA Series 6, 63 and 65 registrations and CT Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license.

With his partners Jeremy Busa and Ryan Gomez, Jeff founded Legion Financial in November 2023 with the mission to put clients ahead of all other considerations and finding for them a path to financial wellness.

Jeff has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut, and lives in Watertown CT with his wife, Joanna, his two children, and his two dogs. He enjoys reading about history, watching, and coaching baseball, and volunteering for public service in his community.
